All account data, including payment records for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit over TLS. No plaintext financial data is held in our application layer after a session closes.

Access Controls

Internal access to your account records is restricted by role. Only staff with a verified operational need can view personal data, and every access event is written to an immutable audit log that our compliance team reviews monthly.

Cookie Policy

Your account is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Where local law in India permits access to our platform, Indian legal frameworks apply to the data we hold about you and the rights you can exercise against us.

Send a data access request from your registered email address to our policy contact address. We verify your identity, compile your account file, and deliver it in a readable format within five working days of confirming who you are.

You can request deletion of non-statutory data at any time. Records that we are required by law to retain — such as transaction logs for UPI or Paytm payments — must be kept for the legally mandated period before deletion can be processed.

Payment records, including those linked to PhonePe, UPI and Paytm transactions, are held for the period required under applicable financial regulations. Once that retention window closes, the records are deleted from active and backup storage.

We set authentication cookies (necessary for login) and analytics cookies (non-essential). You can switch off non-essential cookies in account settings. Turning off analytics cookies does not prevent you from accessing any part of the platform.
